There's nothing French people enjoy more than to dress up in traditional costume and gather to celebrate their culinary heritage!
This group of gourmands paraded through the market in Bellac one Saturday morning, gathered by the town hall and performed clog dancing for a small audience. They all wore items around their necks for sampling their specialist foodie passion....
"Confrèrie Myco- gastronomique Gaillarde Corrèze" - that's mushrooms to you and me.
.... boudin-noir (black pudding), cèpes, wines, and food in general, representing gourmet groups from different towns.
